Two-channel Traktor workflow
The mixer uses a familiar two-channel layout with channel faders, three-band EQ, gain, filters and a crossfader. That makes the basic mixing workflow straightforward, while the surrounding controls provide direct access to more advanced Traktor features.
Touch-sensitive jog wheels
The two jog wheels support conventional nudging and cueing as well as a TurnTable-style mode. Their non-slip surface is designed for direct manual control without needing to rely entirely on Sync.
Stems control
MX2 can control Traktor Pro 4’s stem-separated track elements from the performance pads. Individual stems can be adjusted for volume, filtering and effects sends, making the controller useful for remix-style transitions and live rearrangement.
Pattern Player
Pattern Player is integrated into the pad workflow, allowing drum patterns to be triggered and layered alongside normal tracks. This gives the controller a more performance-oriented character than a simple two-deck mixer-and-jogs layout.
